Since the start of 2016 the High Performance Art Gallery has worked with the InterContinental London - The O2 hotel in Greenwich to establish an ongoing art programme.

Thus far, the focus has been on curating and introducing artworks that integrate with, but also enhance, the atmosphere of the hotel.

Given the rich history of Greenwich, with the establishing of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and its past and present key maritime roles, artworks were chosen to reflect on this and create a dialogue with the many subtle references throughout the hotel.

 

InterContinental London - The O2 is a standout feature on the Greenwich Peninsula within walking distance of the world famous O2 Arena.
